Prediction Engine

The Prediction Engine uses machine learning to fill gaps in an iSCAN channel or to predict the trend of an iSCAN channel for up to 48 hours

It will connect to iSCAN, download the data for the provided input_channels and output_channel, use machine learning to make previsions, and upload the results to the given prediction_channel.
